In Week 1, Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed struggled to make an impact early in the game against the Minnesota Vikings. By the second quarter, he had yet to record a reception, while Christian Watson emerged as the primary target for quarterback Jordan Love. This dynamic raises questions about Reed’s role in the Packers’ offensive strategy moving forward.
Packers’ Watson Shines, Reed Struggles
Christian Watson made a significant impact with an 81-yard touchdown catch from Jordan Love, contributing to the Packers’ early lead. Meanwhile, Jayden Reed’s lackluster performance has left fantasy managers disappointed. One fan expressed frustration on X, stating, ‘Of course Jayden Reed is nowhere to be found.’
